Wefresh is a powerful software application that integrates with standard IP cameras,revolutionizing how retailers manage their fresh produce and food inventory by providing real-time insights and data-driven predictions about the products on their shelves.

Additionally, wefresh can assess the freshness of produce on display by examining visualchanges over time. This feature becomes available after wefresh has been in use for a certainperiod, as it requires the accumulation of historical stock movement data and the completion ofspecific training related to freshness. Please note that this feature is not active immediately upondeployment but is enabled after the necessary data has been collected and analysed. How does it work?
Once the IP cameras are connected and ourcloud-based platform starts receiving images, themonitoring begins. The system initially identifiesthe product boxes, then recognizes the productswithin these boxes along with their fill rates, andstarts reporting. Product names are matched withthe SKU data provided by our customers. Anyproducts that are missing from our database orincorrectly recognized are corrected using theplatform’s training functionality.
We share this information to our customersthrough various methods:
Customizable periodic email reports accordingto customer preferences,
WhatsApp, text, Microsoft Teams, or similarinstant messaging services for time-sensitivealerts,
Through the dashboard provided to ourcustomers.
The dashboard serves as the primary interfacebetween the system and the user. It facilitates alladministrative and daily operations and is alsowhere customers access their reports. It providesan overview of their most important metrics in oneglance. It also allows for in-depth numerical andvisual reports detailed down to the store andproduct level.
If available, this data can also be integrated with the customer’s existing ERP systems, reportingtools, or data warehouses using services and APIs. This integration may necessitate customizeddevelopment work, which could be a paid service.
In addition, wefresh is fully committed to ensuring the privacy and protection of data in compliancewith the GDPR. A key feature of our system is its ability to blur areas outside of the identifiedproduct boxes. Once the system defines the boxes containing the products, it automatically blurs allsurrounding areas, ensuring that no personal data or identifiable information is processed.
